You can now browse an extensive selection of diamond solitaires, engagement rings, wedding rings and other jewellery and gifts accessible anytime, anywhere. Installed with advanced tools and technology systems, you can witness the uniqueness and beauty of every diamond at up to 40x magnification, try on your preferred ring designs through our virtual trial room and perform a checkout with an ease of mind. Our showrooms are also available for you to physically inspect your purchase. Supported by a wide retail network located in prime locations across the island, you’ll have no worry about after-sales care.
Sales can take place both online and offline in our retail showrooms. However, if you like a diamond on our E-store, you are advised to purchase online before it’s sold out.
We understand that an important purchase requires time for researching, and sieving through showroom after showroom can be a laborious task. By extending our product offerings online, equipped with all necessary securities and more, we want to empower you with control, confidence and convenience from the comfort of your home. Our showrooms will further support with strong after-sales services.

Soo Kee offers you our Soo Kee’s choice setting – we will set your diamond in our Starlet Setting (CR165), an 18K White Gold round solitaire engagement ring.

Set in a classic white gold 4-prong setting, which optimizes the amount of light entering the diamond and its security, your diamond solitaire will sparkle in a fiery blaze. Effortlessly paired with a wedding band or outstanding on its own, Starlet is an all-time favourite at Soo Kee. Because it’s one of our best loved design settings, you can be certain that any diamond you have selected will sit perfectly on it.If your fiancé decides to change to another design, we welcome you to visit any Soo Kee showroom within 30 business days from your purchase date to choose from our extensive ring designs. Simply top-up the difference and let her own her desired setting!

About Our Products

All our diamonds are certified by international gemological laboratories to ensure an unbiased and credible report of each diamond’s value. Each diamond bears a laser inscription on it’s girdle is accompanied with a certificate. In addition, Soo Kee has its own qualified and trusted laboratory where each diamond is further curated through careful examination. With an extensive diamond inventory available for your selection and comparison, you will be able to make a thorough and informed decision when choosing your diamond.
Yes, all diamonds from Soo Kee are accompanied with certificates. These certificates are issued by international gemological laboratories. When browsing our diamonds, you’ll notice a link for each diamond, allowing you to view its certificate, which documents the characteristics of the selected diamond. As a proof of authenticity, every diamond is laser-inscribed with a unique number on the girdle of the diamond as a form of identity.
Soo Kee practices ethical sourcing of diamonds and does not tolerate the trade of conflict diamonds. As a responsible member of the diamond and jewellery industry, it is of utmost importance to us to only work with partner suppliers who strongly adhere to human, social and environmental rights. We agree with the global diamond industry to support the Kimberley process. Because like you, we have been customers buying diamonds, and we too appreciate genuine counsel and integrity from whom we buy from.
It is an international process to track and certify diamonds from mine to market, in partnership with the United Nations, governments, and non-governmental organisations so we can prevent the trade of illegal diamonds. You may wish to learn more about Kimberly Process here.

Metal types available for engagement rings are 18K white gold, 18K rose gold and 18K yellow gold.

Placing An Order

Yes, our Customer Service Executives in our showroom will be happy to assist with your order(s).This arrangement is however subjected to availability of the particular product online at the time of your order placement. If you like a diamond on our E-store, you are advised to purchase online before it’s sold out.

Yes, it is recommended to collect your online purchase at our showroom. This will allow you to view and verify the laser inscription on your diamond using the scope provided in our showrooms.

  • Order Confirmed: You have successfully placed an order. We will begin processing your order.
  • Order Processing: We are preparing your order.
  • Order Ready for Collection: Your parcel is delivered to your preferred showroom location.
  • Order Shipped: Your parcel is now in the hands of our trusted courier.
  • Order Completed: The parcel has been delivered to you.

Yes, simply bring your ring and receipt from Soo Kee E-store to any of our showroom within 3 months from the purchase date.
We will try to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation. As our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate all changes or cancellations. For engraving items, a nominal charge may apply. If you would like to change an order, please call us at +65 6812 2822 or send us an email to enquiry@sookeejewellery.com. Some changes will result in a shipping delay.

Payment can be made via Paypal which accepts all major VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX credit cards.

We offer free shipping within Singapore for all orders unless you have chosen an express delivery during checkout. For delivery options and charges, click here.

For your protection, we require that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses and require an adult to sign for delivery. Please note that we do not ship to restricted places such as military camps and Jurong Island.

Delivery will usually take place between 9am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. The delivery time estimate depends on our courier partners’ delivery schedules. Find out more here.

You may make changes to your shipping address in your Soo Kee E-store account before your order is due for shipment. Do note that the change may take 1-2 working days to reflect in the system. Please check your order status before making any changes as it may incur additional fees to redirect the parcel to another address when it is in transit.

We require an adult to sign for delivery. Should you not be available to receive it personally, you may authorise someone to receive on behalf at your own risk.


Packaging

All orders will be packed in Soo Kee’s exclusive packaging, completed with diamond certificate (whenever applicable).


Exchange and Returns

Soo Kee offers a one-time complimentary resizing for our selected standard ring styles (up to 3 sizes). Simply bring your ring and purchase receipt from Soo Kee E-store to any of our showroom within 3 months from the purchase date. Additional charges may apply for request(s) made after 3 months from the purchase date.

To be eligible for exchange, item(s) must be in their original purchase condition with the original packaging, including all accessories and product documentation, such as diamond certificate(s) and invoice(s). All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Expedited orders and engraved jewellery are final sales, and are not eligible for exchange. Find our more here.

If the package delivered to you arrives incorrect or damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us within 7 business days from when it was delivered to you for an exchange. To be eligible for exchange or return:

  • Item(s) must be in their original purchase condition with the original packaging, including all accessories and product documentation, such as diamond certificate(s) and invoice(s). All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Expedited orders and engraved jewellery are final sales, and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Do note that the exchanged item must be of equivalent or higher value than the original purchase, excluding postage fees.

All returns will be reviewed by Soo Kee and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:

  • Repair minor defects and restore item to pristine condition.
  • Replacing your item with another item of equivalent value in a similar design and specification.
  • Refund in cash or credit back.
