7 Days Exchange

Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us within 7 business days from when it was delivered to you for an exchange. Please email us at enquiry@sookee.com, drop us a call at +65 6812 2822, or visit any of our conveniently located showrooms if you wish to do an exchange.

To be eligible for exchange or return
  • Item(s) must be in their original purchase condition with the original packaging, including all accessories and product documentation, such as diamond certificate(s) and invoice(s). All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
  • Expedited orders and engraved jewellery are final sales, and are not eligible for exchange.
  • Do note that the exchanged item must be of equivalent or higher value than the original purchase, excluding postage fees.

All returns will be reviewed by Soo Kee and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
  • Repair minor defects and restore item to pristine condition.
  • Replacing your item with another item of equivalent value in a similar design and specification.
  • Refund in cash or credit back.


Damaged Products

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. You may email us at enquiry@sookeejewellery.comor call us immediately at +65 6812 2822. Our customer service team will assist you. Kindly retain and return all relevant packaging materials together with product unless instructed otherwise by Soo Kee. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately within 1 working day upon the receipt of your order. Soo Kee will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Returned products will usually be received and accepted by us within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the product, we will examine and advise you on your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via email or a call.
In any event the product returned is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to replace, repair or refund you for the product and/or require you to pay all reasonable delivery and servicing costs.
Non-refundable Items

Special orders and engraved jewellery are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Paypal Returns

Any sales returned will be credited back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 14 working days for your account to be credited.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges and any other related costs are non-refundable. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the item. Soo Kee will not reimburse you for unauthorised shipping expenses incurred.
If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses at our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.
Cancellation or Changing of Orders

We will attempt to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation however we will not be able to cancel an order once payment is confirmed. If you would like to change an order, please call us at +65 6812 2822 or send us an email to enquiry@sookeejewellery.com. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already been shipped.
